Welcome to The Agency, an award winning creative entrepreneurship programme that enables young people from some of the most underserved places to create lasting change in their community.
How does it work?
We provide young people (Agents) with creative training, support and advice to develop changemaking ideas for their communities. Selected projects will receive a seed funding of £2,000 and additional support, enabling their ideas to grow and reach bigger audiences.
What do we do?
We support young people from underserved communities across the UK, Northern Ireland and Mexico in creating youth-led social enterprises, events and projects. We facilitate change based on the desires of young people and community needs.
What impact does it have?
The projects young people develop have a positive and long-lasting impact on their communities. The Agency supports young people on an individual level, and fosters systematic change, mobilising young people around social issues they care about.

Over the past 12 years, more than 1,442 young people have taken part in The Agency across the UK - Cardiff, Belfast, Manchester, Bolton, Chester, London, Southampton, Brent and Waltham Forest, with projects receiving £288,400 in funding.
